Taking a guess at your intentions (E' for e, D_ for D2, etc.), I threw this at The Reverend's tune finder and it suggested this: http://www.thesession.org/tunes/display/314
I actually did the first and second parts separately, and it suggested the same tune both times.
If that's not it, please try to write it out in standard ABC.
