I ordered a copy of the CD "Pick It Up" direct from Enda Scahill in Ireland. When it arrived, it proved to be faulty. I emailed Enda with this information, and he replied immediately, although he was travelling at the time. When he returned home, he sent me a replacement, after personally testing it. He also included a copy of his later CD, "Humdinger"!
Can you expect better service than that?
