Ceili House from the Gig Rig in a damp Tullamore
Interview with the lady in charge of the Tullamore Fleadh telling us all about Tullamore
Interview with the man in charge of Ceoltas telling us all about ...well Ceoltas of course.
Three songs by different singers, good long ones too.
and of course there were a few tunes thrown in for good measure. One set at the begining, and one set at the end which was faded for the News, and a couple in between.
Maybe musicians were thin on the ground in Tullamore ....(where's me rollin' eyes)
Did we get the "this is the best Fleadh ever" story and /or "the Fleadh is getting better and better every year" one.I've been hearing that for all of thirty years- we should be close to bursting with bigness and bestness !!!
I have a friend whose name is Jack. It's only recently I discovered that his name is really John!!
Comhaltas, Comsmaltas, whatever. Right or wrong it's been called Ceoltas for as far back as I can remember and I ain't changing now. Besides it's easier to spell

It's "Comhaltas". There is no such thing as "ceoltas"
