Shannon Heaton teaches a new tune each month in what to me is a very useful format, playing it through a couple times and then breaking it down into slower, smaller pieces. I've learned three so far, and they seem to have a pleasant combination of being both interesting tunes and also fairly accessible.

It's amazing how many people out there are willing to put in time and effort to provide free resources for beginners. I'll be checking out their themed CDs as well.
I'm sure this one has been mentioned before, but it's worth repeating. Michael's like a termite when it comes to this sort of thing. I can't believe he ever sleeps.
