Re: Tune names

The first one sounds familiar but the flute fella destroys whatever nyah/soul/lift there is in the tune with his endless diarrhea of notes. Less is certainly more. Who are these people destroying traditional music?

Re: Tune names

I liked it much more than the rest of you appeared to have done. Just thought I'd say something positive for once :-)

Re: Tune names

That guitarist needs to need leave trad well alone, and go off in search of a jazz band instead ....

Re: Tune names

'adhd flute' he says, lol

I thought it was cool, enjoyed it.

I see what everyone's getting at though. It's like one of those anti-meth ads:

"Playing Irish tunes on the flute like this isn't normal...but on METH it is!"

Re: Tune names

It's awful stuff, for sure, and no laughing matter. The outbreak is so bad out West that Montana has launched this very memorable anti-meth campaign.

That being said, they made a laughing matter out of it:

Re: Tune names

The tunes were a bit fast and jazzed up, but I rather enjoyed how they approached them, not near as bad as I thought it would be from all the wailing and gnashing of teeth in this thread! ;-)

Re: Tune names

I couldn't keep my eyes off the flute player's skinny legs - why does he need to bounce both of them around to keep time? Looks pretty funny.
