Lost/Stolen cocuswood 6-key Olwell flute!!!

Lost/Stolen cocuswood 6-key Olwell flute!!!

Keep your eyes and ears open as Pat Olwell's personal flute has gone missing. This is from the C&F flute forum July 30th:

"This from the C&F forum. Pat Olwell's personal flute has disappeared, been stolen. Keep your eyes and ears open:

"Well, I had a great time at the Catskills festival this July, but my own personal 6-key cocus flute went missing on the last evening. There's some chance it was lifted out of my car... It is my deluxe model of flawless cocus with 6 keys and hand-turned rings. The tone holes on the right hand are flattened like a Thomas Prowse flute, and the endcap features a disc of mother-of-pearl and an ivory ball. It was in a Northwind case and a leather case cover, and had my info written on the inside of the case. There is a reward for it's safe return, thanks for any help on this, Patrick Olwell"

Re: Lost/Stolen cocuswood 6-key Olwell flute!!!

That is a damned shame. Seems this is the second flute that went missing there. One of the performers had a handmade keyless one swapped out at Furlong's. I hope they both make it back home.

Re: Lost/Stolen cocuswood 6-key Olwell flute!!! (Found!!!)

Patrick has got his flute back safe and sound. He had his name and address in the flute case and the text that if found and returned a reward would given and no questions asked. Good with a happy ending.
