Clinton Flute for sale

Clinton Flute for sale

A friend of mine, Mark Keown of Newcastle Co Down has a Clinton flute for sale.

He asked me to post here knowing that he is likely to get some genuine interest from flute players.

It is a fine example of the simple system design, big bored, big holed flute that behaves not unlike the Rudall.

I played it for about six months when my own Monzani was away for repair. It has great tone and volume and helped improve my breathing techniques no end; so that when I got my Monzani back it played like a gem.

Mark has had the flute overhauled and fully serviced recently and it is in fine order. He is looking for offers over £800, which in my opinion is well worth it. All 8 keys fully operational, recently padded etc., and in general very good order.

If you are interested then drop him an email at markkeown7@hotmail.com

Re: Clinton Flute for sale

I have a Clinton. Unless there is an unmentioned problem, that sounds like a good buy.
