What is a Sarny?

Can anyone decipher this tune name for me please? I've used translate on the net and apparently Sarny in French is Sarny in English too.

Does anyone have a meaning for this?

Although Éric Favreau says that 6/8 du Petit Sarny "is dedicated to two good friends: Tracy Pettit and Dominique Sarny"
However it seems to be a pun on an existing term

Sarny was the cabin boy who sailed with Captain Peach fuzz aboard the The Ruby Yacht of Omar Ki yam. Unfortunately he was captured by Captain Pugwash and killed during battle.

At least this is what my sister says when asked.

I've been playing along with that tune and yeah now there is another treasure I can bring out at sessions.

Yes,a British sandwich,two slices of buttered bread with a thin filling,not an American sandwich which looks like a miniature submarine surrounded by half a square yard of greenery and would feed the average British family for a week.
