He is based in Dublin mostly these days. Dont think the Tap Room Trio are together as a group anymore but see them advertised for a concert in Liberty Hall Dublin this Friday.
The Tap Room Trio did produce an excellent recording some years ago (see http://www.thesession.org/recordings/display/736) which included Jesse Smith and also highlighted Harry Bradley's unique flute playing style.

I don't think The Tap Room Trio was a 'band' per se. They might have done some gigs in different places, but not on a regular basis.
