Quick question for the London musicians

Quick question for the London musicians

My wife is over in London as we speak and is thinking of popping down to the Porterhouse session but she's waiting on her friend to get back to the appartment which means that it may be over by the time she gets there. Any suggestions for tunes after 8:30 in central London on a Sunday ? replies in the next 20 mninutes greatly appreciated.

See London while it's still there.

In a week's time it may just be a plain of rubble.

The Chinese riot police may dictate musical life. Better bring your ear-plugs and a bamboo flute.

We went to the London Gypsy Orchestra at Cecil Sharpe House instead. They had a real belly dancer.

Re: Quick question for the London musicians

Is London still there? What sort of stuff passes for British martial music on the radio these days? I have lost contact with the Capital. All the news is about Jacqui Smith's partner claiming expenses for porn flicks. There must be something really, really BIG being covered up...

Here, he could have simply sat in the shopping centre with a placard saying:

£10 OWED FOR VIDS

CAN U HELP OUT?

- and he'd probably have got it, no fuss, not too many questions.
