does anyone know where i can get my hands on some of hamish moores' tunes avec the dots!
its quite hard keeping up with the master when your learning how to play smallpipes! : (

emm howyas i know this isnt part of the discussion but im lookin for some good sessoin tunes any suggestions im able to play grand and everythin i just dont have many session tunes any help?? just a few names

Darragh, http://www.comhaltas.com/seisiun/foinn.htm gives details of the Comhaltas session sets (116 tunes in Book 1) and there is now also a Book 2 with a further 104 tunes which came out during the Fleadh in Clonmel. If you're looking for common session tunes which have stood the test of time (and perhaps more importantly most other session players will be familiar with) then I'd recommend you order these 2 books.
