Someone quoted this book in the discussion of one of Paddy O'Brien's tunes (Patrick's Night, a.k.a. Garrykennedy's Delight).

Any idea where can I buy this? Sites like Amazon etc. don't know anything about this book, Google doesn't know it either.

If it's to be re-printed, that's good news. Interestingly, I seem to remember it was published by a Scotsman, possibly John Mason, but I'll check that.
