I was wondering if anyone knows the name of the tunes on Roddy Woomble's album 'My secret is my silence' the tunes are collectively called 'whiskeyface' and are track 8. I bought the album off itunes so don't know if they're described in the liner notes or not. There's also a nice little tune at the end of track 2 'As still as I watch your grave' and think it might be a trad tune but can't place it. Any Ideas?

All I can tell you is that "Whiskeyface" was composed by John McCusker. Are you a fan if Idlewild? Fine band, seen them live a few times.

Thanks, thought as much. You can pick his tunes a mile away.
I've only just started listening to them through Roddy's new solo venture being all over the trad scene but I am a fan, a greenhorn fan.
