Clare FM Tune ID Help

The Monday night trad program on ClareFM called "Coisle An Cheoil" seems to start with the same recording every program. You can grab an example here: http://news.clarefm.ie/Mon_08-09-08.mp3

This opening set is a recording of Anderson's/Man of the House/Mullin's Fancy (I think!) on flute and fiddle. Does anyone know who the performers are?

Re: Clare FM Tune ID Help

I looked at the list of recordings of Man of the House here and clicked on the ones that looked promising, but didn't find anything that panned out. I also looked in my iTunes library and didn't find it. If it helps, they're playing up a half step.

You could try e-mailing Joan Hanrahan through the ClareFM website. The trad hosts are always asking listeners to contact them.

I love that set of tunes - it's not easy to get Anderson's swinging
like Hill and Linnane do it
