Looking for the name of a reel...

Looking for the name of a reel...

It's been in my head for a week now.

It's over at the Comhaltas Live site, on a video from Michael King:

The reel in question starts ~2:01 after the slow version of the Humours of Scariff.

Any help appreciated.

Darn you, kothz! Now it's in my head as well. Suppose I've just got to go ahead and learn it.

Sorry, can't tell you a name yet - I'll try to transcribe it to ABC and do a search.

Re: Looking for the name of a reel...

Funny, Adam wrote the tune in B, it was changed to A in Scottish sessions and now the Irish have taken it down to G. Where does it go from here?

So where is 'Errogie' that this road leads to?

Re: Looking for the name of a reel...

It's in Scotland, south of Inverness.

I like it in G (the tune, not the town).
