I've never had anything but great service from Eagle. Their people are friendly and helpful and you can get hold of just about anyone in the shop either by email or telephone. Deliveries have been fast and well packed and they will do all they can to meet your needs.
Would be nice if they were a bit more competitive pricewise I agree, especially on strings.
Added note ~ because I've always found better prices and service elsewhere, I haven't purchased from them in several years... When I did they were prompt and things were well packed, recieved within the week. However, I remember having a problem chasing up something for someone else where on the other end the person contacted seemed pretty arrogant and knew what was wanted before hearing what was required. I think it was to do with banjo hunting... Maybe they had a rough day, but I decided then it would be the last they'd hear from me, inquiry or order...
Eagle Music are fine- great advice and good products from people who play this music and know what they're talking about. I won't have a word said against them.

My girlfriend bought me a banjo case there
and there was no problem.
they send it with Interlink, package was packed pretty good.

Eagle Music Shop is a good and reliable online shop. Never had a problem with them.

Bought some strings from them when I needed an awkward custom gauge set in a hurry. They were quick and efficient.
