After someone graciously provided the link to the Transatlantic Sesssions, I watched all three hours (Let's hear it for the BBC !!!) twice, relishing almost all of the selections.
So---I spend $42 US to get what I think is going to be three hours of aural delight (not a DVD, mind you, but a CD with
what I supposed was three hours of the very same sound track.
WRONG !!! It's fifteen cuts of what for the most part, was rather boring stuff, a lot of material from 90's 'new country'.
It's under the Skaggs family label. I wonder if Jerry Douglas or Aly Bain know about this ?? Not looking for sympathy, just some knowledeable commentary.
