I heard this jig played by one of the young Comhaltas musicians (Kylie Moynagh, Comhaltas Live #257-3) on concertina. She didn't give a name for it, saying she'd heard it played by Turas. It starts off similar to Dan Collins' Father's, but goes elsewhere in the second part.

Listening to the tune at http://comhaltas.ie/music/detail/comhaltaslive_257_3_jigs_from_concertina_player_kylie_moynagh/ may be of some help (although it didn't do me any good!). The "A" part is almost identical to one I know as Bill Collins' Jig.
