New way to publicise our N London session.

New way to publicise our N London session.

Well, I thought I'd try this because my email server won't send out the regular reminder to our regular musicians, something wrong in an address field or something, and can't find anything obvious anywhere in the list.
So; if you're free tomorrow night in North London, we're at the Alexandra, in Church Lane, East Finchley, just off the High Road and next to the petrol station, five minutes walk North of the shopping area.
( Sorry, Jeremy, if this breaks any rules. )

At least you don't have to wash your hair after a session......

Re: New way to publicise our N London session.

How true is that - a great improvement! I'd forgotten how cr@p it used to be playing in pubs and coming back smelling like I'd been in a bonfire.

"I'm washing my hair. Again. *sigh*"

Ah. That's ok. I'm sure they'd rather you didn't come with dirty hair.

Re: New way to publicise our N London session.

Well, the good news was that we had 6 musos ( actually 7, but one didn't bring an instrument ), so not a disaster.
There is always the worry, with a monthly session, that one poor night is a bad omen, as opposed to a weekly session where one poorly-attended evening is only 2% of the year.
Shall go back to my email address file, and try and sort out it's problem - the error message only tells me there IS a problem, not specifying where. This is what I call user-unfriendly.
