Another tune name ... oh, and the second part, please

So, I had this going through my head all of yesterday. No-one at the session knew it, and I can't remember the second part. Funny little tune ... Still, it'd be nice to have it all. Can anyone help? I think it's a sort of honrpipe thing.

Ben, that's The Banks Hornpipe, recorded more often in Eb.
