I think it's true, though. A friend told me last week that letters had been sent out to customers to give them the news. From what he told me, I think it's a deliberate decision rather than that the business wasn't doing well.
No its not true,Crehans had a stock-clearance sale and were never closing down. Crehans are going stronger than ever so don't believe the rumours. The shop is open tues-Fri 9-5 and Sat 10-5. For directions all you need is to google the shop.

Just heard that Crehans violin shop is going out of business. Big loss to the music community of Dublin, specifically the fiddle players.
