I think the tunes FIDDLE4 suggested are nice but definitely not suitable for competition--they're too simple for your age category. You really should be playing something with more of a degree of difficulty at this stage- also, tunes on the fiddle do not necessarily translate well to the whistle-keep that in mind.
I would suggest maybe Matt Molloy's, Whistling Postman. Trip to Baltimore/Fr O'Grady's---for reels
Not sure of good jigs for you but why don't you look up a good whistle cd and take some suggestions from there? Just a thought..

a Compition In my life - Come to thing of it they might be too
Session Tune types,,

Play what you play best, but steer away from the "OVERPLAYED" (but still beautifull in their own right) tunes. I competed once, and though they where all well-known (hard to get not-wellknown tunes in Holland), I tried out with tunes like http://www.thesession.org/tunes/display/4266. Got a good response ass well.
