hello folks, i've been internet free now for a couple of years but now i'm back and would like to re-introduce myself. how on earth are you all ? :)

In response to 'get a life' advice a few years ago, I took up the box and then became a frequenter of Chiff and Fipple and the Mustard Board.

Maybe they have an patch to be used for breaking digital dependence?
