Looks like Mary MacNamara on concertina. Is it Andrew on accordion? Was he playing a red accordion a decade ago? He plays a gray Paolo Soprani now and told me he's had it for about 20 years. Any idea who the fiddler is? Pausing in the 28-30 second range gives one of the better views of the players.
ha, i spotted this about a month ago and had the same take on it as yourself---seems to be mary on concertina, also, mark donnellan on fiddle seems to be in one of the last shots, sitting to the side, but not sure of the box player. the TCB has a couple of box players and one plays a red, perhaps it is him, not sure....
Thanks. I thought it was Andrew, and was even guessing Mark, but the shot isn't very clear and they've changed quite a between 1999 and when I first met them about 3 years ago.

That's Andrew MacNamara in a younger day. Just played with him at the Plough and Stars in Frisco last week. Great clip!
