I know that Im probably going to be laughed at for asking this but does anybody here have a notion as to where the 2cd "Michael Coleman 1891 - 1945" collection can be found! Over the easter holidays i had a lot of free time (they decided to be nice to us arts students in college and not give us too many essays ) and i started listening to michael coleman, i mean properly listening to him not just the notes that he plays but the rest of it! and ive fallen completely in love with his music! i have the enduring magic cd but id love to get my hands on a copy (even a cheeky burnt copy) of the bradshaw collection of his tunes. If anybody can help me out id very much appreciate it!!
The Gael Linn double CD is long out of print which is the reason why The Coleman Centre issued its own 'The Enduring Magic of Michael Coleman'. After all, it would be rather embarrassing to have no recordings of the fiddler available in a centre celebrating his memory!
Send me a PM and I'll sort you out (and there's nothing cheeky about this - the recordings are long out of copyright).
