Is there a reason why when reverting to a previous page on this site that it doe not always go back to the immediate previous page?
It is time consuming especially when high speed access is not available, to have to go back several pages and restart to return to the page that was originally being viewed.
Thanks for any responses or suggested alternatives!

That does not work when going back one page when viewing tunes. The >>discussion>> button becomes non visible once you go into the tunes library.

Please explain. I do use firefox but what is no script exrension and how is it accessed and how does it work.?
It's just an extension that blocks Javscript by default. It does weird things with the appearance of this site, but back/forward functionality works better.
Thank you Thank you Thank you Thank you Thank you Thank you Thank you Thank you Thank you Thank you Thank you Thank you nofrets. That has been driving me mad for years.
oops!
I found noscript extensions but it really does weird things on this site and not favourable to me. When I bring up a class of tunes and try to advance to the next set of pages I get the new tune index. I had to disable Noscript in order to get this site back to normal

Re: Technical question
Bill,
Don't use the Back button. Instead, click the Discussions link at the top of the page.
The Session >> Discussions >>
Then you will go back to the page you left, not the first page. That drove me crazy for a while, too.

Re: Technical question
Firefox's NoScript extension does some interesting things with this site blocked and I actually prefer it.

Re: Technical question
Bill,
If you are in the tunes section, then click on "Tunes" in the same spot on the screen. I haven't tried it, but it should work the same way.

Re: Technical question
You can keep the desired page open in a separate window; or tab.
In Firefox right click on any link &
~ Open link in new Window
OR
~Open link in new Tab

Re: Technical question
With firefox & a 3 button mouse, a middle click will open the link in a new tab. Very useful, IMO.
