Looking for a couple of reels...

Looking for a couple of reels...

...and perhaps another strathspey to put in a set with MacDonald of the Isles' March to Harlaw and Devil in the Kitchen. Any suggestions?

Re: Looking for a couple of reels...

Try the Cooley reel followed by The Concertina reel and finish on the High reel:)

Re: Looking for a couple of reels...

If you want to keep it Scottish, how about

http://www.thesession.org/tunes/display/6887 (ignore the E-dorian setting in the sheet music and use one of the A-dorian ones in the comments)
and
http://www.thesession.org/tunes/display/3265

The Cameron Highlander is a arch, not a reel.

Re: Looking for a couple of reels...

It's a good tune, for sure, but would you put a 6/8 march and a 4/4 march in the same set?
