I would say that this not NOT Seamus Egan, the East or West Coast version. I have Seamus' first cd, when he was about 16 YO) and this does not look like him.

Does anyone know this for sure or are you guessing?

Dinky, I was only guessing. I thought some more current photos were reminiscent of the kid in the video, and the hairstyle was nearly identical...but that's not at all definitive.
