I transcribed this tune from a Hartford, CT session and after many hours google-ing abcs cannot come up with a name.

Nice tune! (don't know the name though)
It goes down lower than flutes and whistles would manage, so did you try other keys?

I have the answer. It's called "My Brother Jim." It was written by Sean McGuire for his brother. Who is, conveniently enough, named Jim.
