They cashed her check, but we've seen no sign of the DVD, and there's been no response to multiple emails. If anyone has any further advice, or maybe knows Maldon Meehan and can put a word in his ear about this, I'd be grateful. If not, well, I guess this can serve as a warning.
Maldon's a sweet kid and I'm certain that was an honest mistake. If you email me your phone number through this site, I'll make sure she gets it. I know she's doing some workshops out of town, but she'll definitely be back in Portland by March 10th at the latest.

I'm still at the "benefit of the doubt" stage, as I know this isn't some mega-corporation or slimy Ebay seller. On the other hand, since this was intended to be a Christmas present, March 10th isn't exactly thrilling.
