Weltmeister 86M For Sale

I am selling a Weltmeister 86M B/C accordion, swing tuned in black with chrome trim. I bought it 6 months ago and have used it very little. It comes with a hard case, and the 2 shoulder straps and thumb strap are new, as I used my old strap. It looks and sounds excellent, and has a much better and faster keyboard action than a double ray. It is $650, and will be shipped from New York at actual shipping cost. It can also be picked up. Why are you selling? I have to say that weltmeisters have got a bad press on these yellow pages.

I'm selling because I bought this box for my wife at the same time I ordered one of the new Hohner Morganes. The Hohner came in, and she likes the wood finish box better. The Weltmeister is a small, light box with nice bellows, quiet action and good sound. The Weltmeister and Hohner Double Ray were the same price when I bought it in July, but the Weltmeister didn't have the noisy buttons and just seemed like a better made instrument. I haven't actually seen any bad reviews on this one. BTW, the Morgane looks and feels far better thnan the Double Ray also.
