I have been trying to contact them via email for almost two months now concerning a problem with my order with no response. (I sent back a whistle that I ordered from them, as per their instructions, and I can't even find out if they received the return, though my credit card has certainly not been refunded as they said it would be.) The link to their contact information on their website doesn't work, so I can't even find a phone number for them. Does anyone out their know a phone number I can reach them with?
I know they're not out of business, because I just bought two whistles from them, including a tweaked Clarke D. It did take a week or so for them to answer my initial email; however, I submitted the order end of last year, and they shipped it on January 10th. Overall, it was pretty speedy and I'm happy with my product.
I'm looking at the invoice right now, and all it has is the same information as on the web site. No phone number or real address. However, a little detective work turned up the following address and phone number:

If you paid with PayPal, you can do a chargeback. I imagine the same could be done wit your credit card company.
