Yes you can retune the reeds - though as I understand it a whole tone is about the limit. Whether the reeds in a particular box can stand it might depend on what condition they are in - how many times they've been tuned in the past, for example.
Why do people feel the need to post questions which are obviously in the archive or are only too easy to find by doing a quick google search??? Boring!!
