But I wish the article - or articles - as I've Googled the authors names and almost identical texts come up with each of several of the articles, as though the authors had produced this text as a press release - would be more specific as to which brain areas are involved. I can guess though.
Wow, who would have thought that when you divert your attention from something to concentrate on something else, your brain activity actually changes?! What a revelation. Those clever scientists.
And if you volunteered to be a subject in that experiment, which cohort would you belong to?
(Actually, since being scanned in an fMRI machine is so uncomfortable, no-one with any common sense would volunteer....take it from me..... )
