I'm wondering if someone can help in order to attain a copy of a CD by the Madden Brothers (Paul Madden, box and Stephen Madden, banjo.)
The CD was released a few years ago (I think the year 2000) and it was an independent label. I haven't heard anything of the CD itself and only came it across while working in the Irish Traditional Music Archive today. The music is top class and I'm dying to get a copy. The album is titled "The Mason's Apron" and I believe it has been available in Clare (just did quick internet search there) locally but, since I don't live near Clare, it would be great if there was an alternative way of getting it.
Hopefully the e-mail works for you. If not I'll probably bump into either Stephen or Paul at the trad fest next weekend and I'll check on availability of the CD. Stephen is something else on the banjo!
