No idea what the second one is - someone better than me will doubtless know. But are you sure you've got the right key signature?

I'd only be guessing trying to figure out the key signatures! All I know is that the F's are sharp and the C's natural. Any help would be appreciated in that regard.

Yes, that first tune is indeed in Dmix.

More importantly it is known as:

"Paddy be Aisy" (Roche Collection II/24/#254- but in Ador) and
"Last Night's Fun (O'Neill's - 1907 #452). It also is known by "Miss Brown's Fancy" in ONeill's Waif's and Strays, "Wink and she'll follow you", and finally Hush the Cat from Under the Table.

The tune can also played in E dor.
