This has finally made me decide to actually take the time to check out the comhaltas website occasionally on my own, instead of just following links other people post.
So he was about 22 at the time? Fascinating. I would love to be the fly on the wall of his gradual eschewing of that manic regulator playing towards his consummate use of the things now.
I've always had a wry smile at those pipers who bitterly complain about that old Oxford Musical Dictionary entry that defines the regulators as "tuneable drones".
