I'm just wondering if these lads are still playing - saw them years ago in vicar st. and loved their stuff, still listen to their first album. I'm wondering if they have any more or where I could get to see them again?
Excuse my ignorance joebowbeer, but i think they must be a different band. the band are: Patrick Lawless (Guitar), Liam Donohoe (Vocals), Declan Quinn (Whistles), and Eugene Quinn (Banjo). Does this help? thanks for your help
"They underwent a name change, to Snub, and now have an album out under that title. It's a multi-format CD, in that it has 4 songs to listen to on your CD player, and 3 videos to watch on your computer. However, based on an e-mail I just received from Liam, the band is going back to the name WhirlyGig."

Hi,
I'm just wondering if these lads are still playing - saw them years ago in vicar st. and loved their stuff, still listen to their first album. I'm wondering if they have any more or where I could get to see them again?
If anyone knows anything, that's be great!
Thanks
