Dow - I could have sworn that thing you were playing had buttons on it. And it never went out of tune. And it played that d@mn Tetris tune all night.

Spoon, that's right it does have buttons, but when I was asked "have you ever broken a string" I had to tell the truth, because I have broken plenty! Then again, mandolin was the 1st instrument I took up when I started playing the music, and I still have one in my cupboard, so that's kinda spooky.

Hmm... the tie breaker was... yes/no to strong sense of rhythm

I said no and got ...... nothing
I said yes and got box

Which is probably Ok since I play english concertina.
If I played anglo, I'd be (allegedly) more rhythmic

I scored as flute, which I do play. My first session instrument, in fact. I bet if it had done the percentage thing like the orchestral instrument quiz, some of my other instruments would have been near the top.

I'm a box?! I've tried strangling a tune out of various squeezy push-button instruments and each time I was totally humiliated. Saaaay, do you suppose this test is maybe not quite as scientific as it appears?

Wrong again ! Actually 'zouk, english concertina, and bodrhan. Could play mandolin, guitar, or 5-string banjo if Iwanted to take them to a session.

The quiz is pretty good, I got 100% Uillean pipes, and a lot of whistle and flute.
But it has some limits, too : I got in 4th position Banjo and in 5th even Bodhran, what is kond of offending for a piper, isn't it?
