Have you heard the nickname "Shark in the Morning"? (Google that phrase for references.)
I tried a similar-appearing box from another vendor a few years ago and it was a POS. I can't swear that this box would be the same, but ...
If you want an affordable box, see Irish Dancemaster, http://www.irishdancemaster.com/accordion.html. I don't own one of these but I've played two and have read many good reviews of them. You will get a fair deal and a good quality box.
I bought a Deering 'Goodtime' Tenor Banjo from them. I got the guy on the phone and kept him on there for a half an hour. He played the banjo for me over the phone, answered all my questions. The banjo is quality and the service was good. No complaints.
I'm glad you had a good customer experience with Lark in the Morning.
In general, I would discourage anyone from buying an accordion or concertina from a dealer who does not specialize in those instruments. Shops that do a fine job with mainstream instruments usually lack someone on staff with good knowledge of boxes. They also usually lack the capacity to fully check out and adjust a new free-reed instrument before it goes out the door. (It's not uncommon for a brand-new accordion or concertina to have minor problems that need correction.)

Word on the street is that they're uncommonly expensive. Still, I like to look there.
