Not directly relevant (unless YouTube folds as an end result), but news has broken today that Viacom Media are about to sue YouTube and Google for $1bn, alleging that about 160,000 unauthorised clips of its programmes have been loaded onto YouTube's site and viewed more than 1.5 billion times. Should keep the corporate lawyers busy for a few years.
