the horslips stuck a traditional tune on the end of a song on the album the unfortunate cup of tea. the song is "everything will be alright". can anyone at all tell me the name of the tune and if its recorded anywhere else.
if its any help, i just saw it on geantrai a few minutes ago. it was played in the very last set.
Well dafydd, they started out "The four horsemen of the Apocalypse", that morphed into "The four poxmen of the horslips". So maybe The Horselips is'nt that far off the mark after all! .........................Trip to Durrow it was, Paddycmusic.
Check out their website. http://www.horslips.ie/discpage.html
On all albums, singles, posters etc the name is Horslips, not "The Horslips"
I don't know if you're old enough to remember them but they were always referred to as Horslips.
