I've just had a look in the tunes section and chords have appeared over some of the tunes, Pacific Avenue being one of these. When did this start happening and why?
My ( barn-dance ) band has sets of tunes printed out and collated from many sources, and some of these came with chords attached, and some we went through and worked out ourselves; and maybe it's just us, but some of these already supplied are absolute rubbish, and the person who "arranged" the tunes should be ashamed of themselves.
For any but a novice, better you work out your own, or observe the consensus around you as you play. Learn how to work them out for yourself, both by ear on the night, and at you own pace in the quiet. And don't be too shy to try what might seem a strange chord if you feel it fits. Push the envelope !
Chords in the tune section. What gives?

Re: Chords in the tune section. What gives?
I think they have always been there, but only when they are submitted with the tune, so its not used that much

Re: Chords in the tune section. What gives?
It would be very useful if we could have notation for drum patterns

Drumming is instinct. You need to have the feeling man.
