My ABC Navigator 2.0 doesn't do Sets

My ABC Navigator 2.0 doesn't do Sets

When I am in the ABC panel view with the list of tunes on the left hand half of the screen I do not have any tabs at the bottom of the screen. Therefore I can't drag and drop tunes onto the sets tab to create sets.
When I am in the Score panel view I can see the three tabs but I don't have the tunes list from which to choose.
Very occasionally I hit upon a sequence of key presses which leaves the ABC panel open while opening the Score panel, and its tabs, along the bottom of the screen. Once I exit this configuration I can't seem to replicate it.

I contacted JP Martin some time ago and he seemed surprised that I couldn't see the tabs below the ABC Panel.
Does anyone else have this problem?
I'm a cheapskate who finds Windows ME perfectly adequate for all my IT needs and refuses to add to Bill Gates modest bank balance. However I wonder if ME is at the root of the difficulty and whether an upgrade would help.

Advice would be much appreciated.

I doubt if it's ME, but I think I have it!
At first I didn't know what you meant - I'd never manipulated the "Views" explicitly. As soon as I selected either "Score Panel" or "ABC Panel" I had your problem. Aaarrgh! How do I get out of this?
The trick is not to use either of those views! If you are in, say, Score Panel view, then instead of switching to ABC Panel view (which I think is what you may have been doing), click Score Panel view (which has a tick by it if you are in that view) *again* to turn it off without turning ABC panel view on. Now you have the "normal" view, and you should find that you have what you need.

Thanks MT. You got it in one!
I was flicking between the two views not realising there was an option to turn both off.
Off to create lots of tune list now :-)

Re: My ABC Navigator 2.0 doesn't do Sets

What you do is this:

Click the score panel (sheetmusic) and click it again so that the list of tunes appears above a smaller score sheet. then click the sets bar at the bottom and click the thick columns to select a new set. drag down the tunes into each column and right click to play it.
