Calling St. Louis musicians

Calling St. Louis musicians

I'm visiting St. Louis for a gig on St. Patrick's Day with Pierre Schryer (fiddle), Pat O'Gorman (pipes, flute) and Julie Schryer (piano). Anybody fancy a few tunes around that time - I'll try and drag the rest of the gang along too. We're there 15th to 18th March.
Cheers,
Ian

Hi Ian,

You'll love the Touhill. It's a great venue. Just went to a jazz concert a couple weeks ago. Acoustics were superb. I will start spreading the word....Larry

Hi Ian,

I run the regular session at Music Folk on weds. in St. Louis and many spin off sessions and gigs. We have a local site on yahoo groups (stlirishsession) with some of the details of what we are up to around the17th mar. Also, we may be able to arrange something. We are very open to all Irish / Celtic music players visiting St. Louis.

Re: Calling St. Louis musicians

Hi, Ian!

I'm on the Illinois side of the Mississippi River in Belleville/Fairview Heights -- about 12-15 miles from the Arch in St. Louis. We're normally in a Tuesday session, but if you're up for something on Thursday or Friday evening, I'll see what I can put together at one of the local pubs on this side. Transportation would be the only big issue -- because of crime, I don't recommend the MetroLink in the evening. I am also in contact with Jerry, so can help work things with/through him. You can get me at pn5jn@aol.com or paul.niesen@yahoo.com.
