I came across this website a while ago offering a streaming iTV broadcast . It's called www.eurofolk.com and it plays basically balkan folk music & dances. The TV-link is http://wwitv.com/tt/b1474.asx
I was wondering if they would play folk-videos from other parts of Europe, too, for as far as I know there isn't any other internet TV station that plays trad. music. It'd be great to watch some ITM by internet TV, wouldn't it?
