I'ts 'mentioned as the week of 8th - 14th July 2007 on several websites. Pretty sure this is correct- 'cause I notice accom prices around Milltown rise by about 50% that week.
Suggest we all book for the 'cheap' week before - then get W.C. organisers to change to that week - catch out the 'profiteers'!
But seriously - can't blame anyone for making money when they can. Normal rules of supply and demand.
Based on last year -no need to panic though. Plenty of people offering B+B at normal B+B prices on 'official' noticeboard - continuing throughout week. I had believed stories (incl. on 'thesession') that no chance of accom. if you left it too late.

Does anybody know if the date for this years Willie Clancy Summer School has been set?
I'm planning on going, but want to be sure about the dates before I start to book any flights.

Williw Week always begins on the first Saturday of July. This year it is July 7th - for registration, etc. Classes start on Monday , July 9.
