I've been asked to try and find bands for a couple of gigs, if anyone out there can help.
Gig one is a St.Patrick's Night Party. A friend is looking for a duo or trio to play and sing a few songs in the Redditch Area - if you can contact me through the members email facility on this site, I'll get my friend to contact you with the details.
Gig two is for Mrs. Ottery's Caving Club AGM in a cottage near Aberdare, on the edge of the Brecons. They want a small band, but lively and amplified - sort of Pogues and Dubliners songs and a few tunes type of thing that they can jump around to and sing along with. It's on the 2nd June. It's a fun night, with a friendly bunch of lunatics. Again, contact me through the site and Mrs. O. will fill you in with the details.....
