Brendan Mulkere, without a doubt. You can contact him throught the Camden and, I think, Hammersmith, Irish Centres.

You could try Comhaltas - even if they're not offering your thing the contact with local musos could do no harm as they're bound to know of other people and can recommend sessions etc.
