Yes - but not in sydney - there is one player here and I dont think he teaches. Theres a couple in the blue mountains and thats about 2hours from here. And again some nice playes in other parts of the country.
If you want to check out the music scene here and listen to the pipe player then head down to Durty Nellys in Paddington on Sundays -2pm to 5pm. Its listed in the session section as well.
